The hotel was conveniently located near Hyde Park and various dining options. The rooms, though compact, were clean and comfortable. The service was friendly and helpful, although there were some issues with noise. The dining experience offered a decent selection at reasonable prices. The hotel's prime location near tube stations was a definite highlight.

I found the hotel to be conveniently located near the park and opposite Kensington Gardens, making it a great spot for exploring. The rooms were quite small, and the en suite was smaller than expected, but the friendly service and excellent dining options made up for it.
